LEVEL 1
Aquatic breathing, recognition of water surface, recognition of water tension, use and management of floats, use and management of water toys, dorsal flotation, submersion, movement, depths.
Basic techniques of crawl and puppy strokes and crawl and puppy kicks, use of equipment.
Basic rules and pool rules, safety, use of equipment, hats, glasses, and platform.
Entry and exit from the pool and free jumps into the water.
Above all love, trust and continuity in swimming.
LEVEL 2
Aquatic breathing, recognition of water tension, use and management of floats, use and management of water toys.
Prolonged immersion, prolonged displacement, depths more than 3 feet.
Basic techniques of front crawl and breast stroke and front crawl kicks and breast stroke.
Use of equipment , basic rules and pool rules, safety, use of equipment, caps, glasses, and platform.
Entry and exit from the pool, free jumps into the water, diving into the water.

LEVEL 3
Breathing for stroke, endurance, freestyle movement, chest over 10 meters.
Free jump, dive, springboard, dives over 4 feet.
Belly float, back float, free stroke specific techniques, free kick and their stances, specific breast stroke, stroke, kick and breath techniques.
Use of lane and route training, use of planks and pull boys.
LEVEL 4
Diving for freestyle, and back snatches, olympic lap, specific style of free techniques, chest and back
Use and management of full pool lanes, springboard, competition cues.
Basic knowledge of aquatic competitions, regulatory measures, resistance in kicking, use of direction rails
Immersion to more than 6 feet, diving, use of specific equipment (frog legs), competition tables and floats.
LEVEL 5
Specific techniques in freestyle, chest, back and butterfly.
Resistance work, speed work, diving for outside snatch styles, and inside snatches.
Basic rules of first aid and emergencies, knowledge of training language.
Immersions to more than 9 feet deep, hypoxia work, resistance work in four strokes.
