ELEMENTARY extracurricular sign-ups

All Sign-Ups will take place in the Auditorium from 3:15 - 4:00pm

  • Monday, January 14: KG3 & KG4
  • Tuesday, January 15: KG5 - 5th Grade FINE ARTS AND ACADEMICS
  • Thursday, January 17: KG5 - 5th Grade ATHLETICS

SECONDARY EXTRACURRICULAR SIGN-UPS

  • Monday, January 14th - Friday, January 18th: 6th - 12th Grade ATHLETICS in the Secondary PE Office during Brunch & Lunch with Mr. Milthon Carrasco.
  • Tuesday, January 15: 6th - 12th Grade FINE ARTS ( Auditorium from 3:15 - 4:00pm )
  • Please look over the Secondary Extracurricular Parent-Student Handbook

All Extracurricular Activities will begin the week of January 21st

IMPORTANT CHANGES

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Registration is held at the beginning of each semester. In order to complete the registration process, parents are required to bring in:

      1. Signed portion of the Elementary Extracurricular Parent-Student Handbook.
      2. Payment in full amount for each course.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Payments are required in order to register for extracurricular activities. Parents/Guardians may not continue with the registration process until payment has been made. NO RESERVED SLOTS WILL BE ALLOWED DURING REGISTRATION.

      • Sponsored activities (soccer, basketball, volleyball and swimming) may be paid for with cash or credit card at the Business Office.
      • Non-ACS sponsored activities must be paid in cash directly to the instructor.

ELEMENTARY EXTRACURRICULAR SUPERVISION

Please remember that lower elementary students must be supervised by a parent or care-giver until their after school program begins or during free time between activities. Students must be picked up promptly from their activities. Supervision is not available after scheduled activity hours. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

    • Choosing Extra-Curricular Activities for Your Children - All parents want their children to be well-rounded, balanced individuals and extra-curricular activities give children the opportunity to develop their skills in various areas so children develop a number of interests and talents. Although multiple activities can encourage development of different types of skills such as artistic and athletic abilities but more than 2 or 3 activities in one period like a school term or throughout one season can be expensive and will lead to an exhausted child. Booster Club

The Athletic Booster Club is an organization that is formed to support the school athletic program. The ACS Athletic Booster Club is formed by a group of community members (parents, coaches, school staff, etc.) that are dedicated and committed to making a difference in the lives and the experience of our student athletes and coaches.
