ES - ECA SCHEDULE

FOR GROUP ACTIVITIES SIGN UP WILL BE ONLINE
Please read the schedule above carefully so as not to choose activities that overlap. Note that some activities run 2 days a week and others only 1 day.
FOR PRIVATE CLASSES (Instruments/Singing lessons)
You may contact directly the instructors to sign up for slots. Their contact information is provided in the "Instructors Profiles" tear. Private lessons fees are for 16 classes and depend on whether the slot is 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
SIGN UP PROCEDURE
If you're interested in signing your child up, please review the following important details:
Sign-Up Deadline: Friday, January 17 (one form per child).
Confirmation Email: Sent Monday, January 20, including your child's slot confirmation and payment details.
Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed by Friday, January 24, to secure your child's spot.
Note: Activities have minimum and maximum student limits and may be canceled if enrollment requirements are not met.
Start Date: ES ECA begins on Monday, January 27.
FEES
** Fees cover the ENTIRE PROGRAM and can be paid in US dollars or bolivianos at the official exchange rate **
For ALL NEW soccer and cheerleading students enrolling in Semester 2, the fee is $us180, as it includes the cost of the uniform.

** Activities will run from Monday, January 27 to Friday, May 23 **
SECONDARY SCHOOL OFFER
RULES AND REGULATIONS
The ECA Program will follow the ACS Calvert calendar. On days when school is not in session, there will be no activities.
All payments must be made at the beginning of the season.
Students must be picked up promptly from their activities.
School supervision is not available before or after any scheduled class.
One adult is required for all activities for KG3-KG4 & swimming for KG5-1ST-2ND
If a student is absent for the school day due to illness, they are not allowed to participate in any scheduled activities that day.
The ECA Program adheres to the Second Step Program that is used at ACS Calvert for class management and discipline issues.
Instructors will refer any problem with students to the ACS Extracurricular Coordinator.
Instructors receive SFA/CPR/AED training and are given instructions to follow in the case of an emergency.
Instructors receive Child protection training.
