ACS protocols currently do not allow for parents to be on campus. 

School supervision is not available before or after any scheduled class. 

One adult is required for all activities for KG3-KG4 & swimming for KG5-1ST-2ND 

• The ECA Program will follow the ACS Calvert  school calendar.  On days when school is not in session, there will be no activities.

• All payments must be made at the beginning of the season. 

• Students must be picked up promptly from their activities.

• Supervision is not available after scheduled activity hours.

• If a student is absent for the school day due to illness, they are not allowed to participate in any scheduled activities that day.

• The ECA Program adheres to the Second Step Program that is used at ACS Calvert for class management and discipline issues.

• Coaches and instructors will refer any problem with students to the ACS Extracurricular Coordinator.

• Coaches receive SFA/CPR/AED training from the ACS Coordinator and are given instructions to follow in the case of an emergency.
