Description
This class provides a nurturing space for young children to develop and strengthen their motor abilities through age-appropriate, playful activities. Students will engage in exercises that promote body awareness, balance, coordination, and spatial orientation.
Incorporating music, rhythm, and imaginative games, the program supports both fine and gross motor skills while encouraging cognitive development and emotional confidence.
Children will learn to control their movements, improve their posture, and build social skills such as taking turns and cooperating with peers. This foundation prepares them for future physical activities, including sports, dance, and everyday tasks, all while having fun and feeling supported.
